Our 100% pure, natural, raw Western Australian honey is always single origin and is also extracted raw so that it contains all of the goodness that nature intended. This is the most premium honey from the season with a Total Activity rating of 35+ (the highest possible level). This bioactivity is confirmed via testing at the Chemcentre (an independent, Australian government authorized laboratory).
