Delivery Options

We often get asked about free delivery. The simple answer is that we haven’t found any couriers that offer us free shipping – so unfortunately we can’t afford to give you free shipping.

Also, honey is a very heavy product! Our shipping rates are based on what it costs us to get an order to you. On the upside, it means that we don’t up the cost of your products to be sneeky and absorb your delivery cost like other providers.

We use a variety of methods for delivery (free click & collect on ALL ORDERS in West Perth, either drop off by me personally, Australia post or other courier companies).

and yes, we do ship internationally – like all of our domestic services, your shipping cost will be calculated at check out based on the weight of your purchase.

We ask for your phone number at checkout so we can make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

We are unable to delivery to NT due to quarantine restrictions – these are in place to keep the NT’s bee population healthy!

Like the restrictions in NT, all other States in Australia do not let honey products with solids across the border as their is a higher chance they can carry with them elements that effect local flora and fauna. For this reason we will not ship honeycomb from WA. But we are lucky that almost all of our products are course filtered which means we can send our delicious WA honey to you and be confident that we are keeping the environment healthy!

We offer a click & collect service out of our partner West Perth Collective.

Once your order is placed and ready we will send you a text letting you know that you can pick up your order.

Our West Perth office (1121 Hay Street) has flexible hours to pick up your order. We will generally coordinate via text/whatapp (+61 403 064 649) so you know someone is waiting to give you your order. But generally we will be available 5 days a week, Mon –  Fri, 11.30am–6pm. We are happy to facilitate other times at your request.
