Elixir seasonal honey comes to you from the wilderness of Western Australia, a vast clean land protected by desert and ocean. In this seclusion our bees spends the long sunny days feasting on rich nectar.

What started out 20 years ago as a family hive in the family garden has now grown into a Elixir Raw Honey. Over this time some things haven’t changed – their love of the great outdoors, growing things and eating great food. They are passionate about providing customers with pure delicious honey that is treated gently and not blended into boring blah. Ten years ago they made the move to the beautiful country town of Denmark in the deep South West of Western Australia to be able to work within the pristine forest and bring us even better produce.

Elixar honey is sourced from their own 400 beehives which they keep in the wild, pristine, remote forests and native bushlands of Western Australia.
The honey varies season to season, region to region. At Elixir, they do nothing to damage the expression of nature in the honey nor damage the health benefits, taste, and texture of the honey.
Elixar honey is 100% natural and is never pasteurised, homogenised, micro-filtrated or blended. They harvest though single harvest, cold extraction, and cold pressed methods to ensure their honey is simply as nature intended it to be.
