Elixar honey is sourced from their own 400 beehives which they keep in the wild, pristine, remote forests and native bushlands of Western Australia.
The honey varies season to season, region to region. At Elixir, they do nothing to damage the expression of nature in the honey nor damage the health benefits, taste, and texture of the honey.
Elixar honey is 100% natural and is never pasteurised, homogenised, micro-filtrated or blended. They harvest though single harvest, cold extraction, and cold pressed methods to ensure their honey is simply as nature intended it to be.
