Zeez Beez – Jarrah Raw Honey is an amber coloured honey it has a smooth, strong, full-bodied malt flavour with caramel undertones. Jarrah honey is darker, less sweet and more syrup like than other honey you may have tried. It’s a natural healing honey that is highly prized – the Jarrah tree is rare and only has one flowering season once every two years so production is limited.

All honey contains naturally occurring enzymes that give honey its antimicrobial properties. But Jarrah honey has one of the highest potencies of antimicrobial activity in the world – hence it has amazing healing abilities. Jarrah honey also has a lower GI than other honeys and sugar. This honey has been independently lab tested – it has a Total Activity Rating (TA+) of 35+ – this means it has “strong antibacterial activity” (and is the highest rating given for raw honey in Australia).
