Zeez Beez – Blackbutt Raw Honey is a dark coloured honey with aromas of bush blossom and molasses. It is strong in flavour with a thick syrup-like consistency. The Blackbutt tree is part of the Eucalyptus family with brilliant white flowers and dark green leaves. Blackbutt honey is high in antioxidants. This honey is collected by the bees during December- February.
