Tetsuya’s Honey Rosemary Vinaigrette for Salads
From his epynomous restaurant in Sydney, Tetsuya’s products were developed after customers continually asked for the recipes for his various sauces and condiments. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of using natural seasonal flavours, and influenced by classic French technique, Tetsuya created this unique vinaigrette. Sweet honey and fragrant rosemary have been blended together to create a vinaigrette to enhance the flavours of red meat (in particular beef and venison).
