Blackbutt honey is high in antioxidants and this honey has been independently lab tested – it has a Total Activity Rating (TA+) of 35+ – this means it has “strong antibacterial activity” (and is the highest rating given for raw honey in Australia).

The Blackbutt tree is part of the Eucalyptus family with brilliant white flowers and dark green leaves. The pollen is collected by the bees during December- February from the forrests of Dwellingup and Cataby.
