Raw Single Origin Karri Honey – Australian Wildflower

Our 100% pure, natural, raw Western Australian honey is always single origin and is selected by our honey sommelier as having superior flavour, aroma and texture to highlight the season and Boodjara (origin). The honey is also extracted raw so that it contains all of the goodness that nature intended.

This exquisite golden honey is very smooth with a light and soft creamy butterscotch floral flavour.

It is collected from the flowers of ancient Karri tree forests that are unique to in a small area of the far southwest of Western Australia. This location is within the Southwest Australia Biodiversity Hotspot. One of 36 globally recognised biodiversity hotspots which boasts the world’s largest collection of wildflowers (12,000 species). 75% of which are not found anywhere else in the world.

The giant Karri tree grows to 90 meters in height and has a life span of up to 350 years. Karri only flowers every 7 – 10  years, making it a rare jewel in our honey collection.
