Raw Food Factory Marri / Redgum Honey is gathered from ancient forests and bushlands of the south west of Western Australia.

A medium russet coloured honey it has a warm plum flavour with a natural peppery heat and gentle hints of coffee undertones.

Raw Food Factory Honey is not heat treated or processed, honey will crystallise (go hard), this is natural. Please put honey in a bowl of water until honey returns to liquid.
