You can eat the whole honeycomb. Enjoy as a sweet treat on its own, on ice cream or yogurt or as the best addition to a cheese board.
Over the years, we have developed our own unique method, to ensure the wax is soft and light, and the honey is as fresh and delicious as possible. Our method takes the bees a little longer, but we think its worth it as its kind to the bees, with no plastic in the hives, and as a result it produces the best honeycomb you have tasted!
Like all our honeys, honeycomb is prone to crystallisation. Keep the frame in a room temperature location and consume within 2 weeks of purchase. If you would like it to last longer, honeycomb can be frozen for up to 3 months without impacting the texture or taste.

Nectar Honey was launched in 2016 in the north of Perth, Western Australia when founders James, Sarah and Dave began to learn of the wonders of bees from family friend 'Dan the bee man'. The team inherited invaluable wisdom from Dan's decades of experience from where to locate the hives for the best tasting honey to how to keep healthy bees.
