Naked Honey Farms artisan honey is sold by the floral variety, which has its own distinct and original taste, texture and colour. The unique aroma, flavour and colour of each of the honey varieties are determined by the floral source, such as Jarrah, Red Gum, Wildflower or Banksia, from which the bee collects the nectar.

Batches are independently lab tested (by Novost in Tasmania). This batch of honey has a Total Activity Rating (TA+) of 16. This means it has “strong antibacterial activity” (the highest rating).

All honey is tested for its bioactivity via a Total Activity or TA rating. Total Activity is a measure of the anti-microbial quality of honey. In order to maintain the medicinal properties of this honey we recommend not heating it above 35 degrees celsius.
