Single Original Raw Honeycomb – Australian Wildflower

Honey doesn’t come any purer than when it’s still in its comb. This is honey stored in its original packaging (made from wax by very busy bees). It retains more flavour and aroma than honey which has been removed and stored in jars.

Premium locally harvested raw honeycomb from single origin- West Australian bees make this local, artisanal honey which is then hand cut for your enjoyment.

It can be eaten as it is (the honeycomb itself is edible) or you can drain the honey from the comb. A must have addition to your cheese board.

​Honeycomb contains high levels of antioxidants and other benefits that cleanse blood vessels and aid the digestive tract as an alkaline forming food –  maintaining a healthy acid/alkaline balance.
