Honey doesn’t come any purer than when it’s still in its comb. Because it has been stored in its original packaging (made from wax by very busy bees) honey still in its comb retains more flavour and aroma than honey which has been removed and stored in jars.
Premium locally harvested raw honeycomb – West Australian bees make this local, artisanal honey which is then hand cut for your enjoyment.
It can be eaten as it is (the honeycomb itself is edible) or you can drain the honey from the comb. A must have addition to your cheese board.
