Certified Organic Bee Pollen – Bee Happy

Bee Happy’s Certified Organic Bee Pollen is collected by honeybees, and is the food of the young bee. It is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods as it contains nearly all nutrients required by humans to sustain life. Bee-gathered pollens are rich in proteins (approximately 40% protein), contains 21 of the 24 essential amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex, and folic acid. A one teaspoon dose of pollen takes one bee working eight hours a day for one month to gather. Each bee pollen pellet, contains over two million flower pollen grains and one teaspoonful contains over 2.5 billion grains of flower pollen. This diversity makes it hard to pinpoint exact amounts of certain trace elements found within the pollen so measurements are a calculated average.

Pollen is also used as a natural remedie for allergies and hayfever prevention, reguarly ingesting small quantities of pollen familiarises your body with the particles you are sensitive too building up your bodys own immunity.
